Payment methods
To pay for the services of LLC “Spex Advisers” after signing a service agreement, you can use the following methods:
- Pay the invoice or service report issued by us using a non-cash bank transfer.
- Make a cash payment at the Belarusian bank’s cashier (you must have the contract, invoice, or service report and the payer’s passport with you).
- Pay with a bank card online.
If you choose to pay with a bank card online, you need to:

2. We will send you a payment link to your email. By clicking on the link, you will be redirected to a secure payment page of the bePaid processing system.
3. The payment page will display the order number and payment amount. To make the payment, you need to enter your card details and confirm the payment by clicking the “Pay” button.
4. If your card supports 3-D Secure technology, the system will prompt you to go through the standard one-minute cardholder verification procedure on your bank’s page (the bank that issued your card).
5. After the payment, our manager will contact you to clarify the details of the service provision.
Please note that after making the payment, a payment confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.
We kindly ask you to save the payment details.
We accept payments with the following bank cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Belcard, MIR. For citizens of the Russian Federation, payment can only be made with the “MIR” card, and the invoice will be issued in Belarusian rubles.
If you wish to request a refund, please send an email to info@spex.by with a brief explanation for the refund.
If the payment was made by card, the refund will be processed to the same card used for the payment, with the funds arriving within 3 to 30 days from the date of our refund processing.
Payments by bank cards are processed through the bePaid electronic payment system. The bePaid system’s payment page complies with all data transmission security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1). All confidential data is stored in encrypted form and is highly resistant to hacking.
Refunds are made to the card that was previously used for payment.
